Mark is stabbed through the arm by Valkos with a pitchfork during one scene, but in subsequent scenes behaves as if he was completely uninjured.
When Henrietta is shown lying in her coffin her legs are apart, but when it cuts to a shot of Paul pouring the gasoline in her legs are crossed.
When Tina is in the camper and it begins to shake, the Lipton box on the shelf, beside the TV, falls off. In the next shot it is still up there.
When Martha is going through the toy trunk, she takes out the photo. There are three dolls and a bag left in the trunk, on top of the clown doll. In the next shot she only takes one doll and the bag out, and the other two dolls have just vanished.
When Paul comes to save Martha where Henrietta was buried... on her grave it says that she was born in 1938 and died in 1967. That would make her 29 when she died, but as the story says she died when she was eleven.
When the mortician's body is placed into a coffin, a stain can be seen where his head goes that came from previous takes.

Mark Dalan (who's vacationing with his girlfriend, Susan, brother Jim Dalen and sister Tina Dalen) keeps saying the caretaker, Valkos, had an axe, but it's clearly a meat cleaver.
