When departing New York City, Julius stops to refuel the silver Ford. The attendant is positioned as if the fuel door is behind the rear license plate, however the viewer can clearly see the fuel door is on the rear passenger side of the car.
While Julius is arguing with Darlene at the gas station, a passing motorist is laying on the horn. Darlene (O'Hara) begins to break character, laugh and briefly look at the crew before quickly resuming the scene.
At approximately 1:13:28, when Elmore arrives home at night and turns on the lights, the shadow of the boom mic is visible on the top of the door.
