(at around 38 mins) When Kane walks up the lawn toward the house, it begins to rain. As Diane runs out to get Carol Anne, Diane's hair is already wet. Then moments later when she talks to Kane on the porch, her hair is dry. The next scene shows her walking into her bedroom, and her hair is damp again.
(at around 1h 26 mins) At the end of the movie when Steve gives Taylor the station wagon, Tangina hugs the family and then disappears. Taylor gets in the car and drives off and Tangina is nowhere to be seen.
(at around 1h 15 mins) When the ghosts attack the station wagon in the garage, a major scene shows the crescent wrenches methodically smashing the headlights. After the car breaks through the garage door, the headlights have restored themselves and show up intact in several later scenes.
Robbie has braces, then he doesn't, then he does again before the braces are an issue with the "Attack of the braces" scene.
(at around 47 mins) When Robbie is gargling with mouth wash, in one scene, he immediately responds to Carol Ann's surprise without spitting or swallowing the mouth wash.
(at around 1h 23 mins) When Taylor takes the lance at the climax, it's the same shot of it seen at the beginning of the film, but in reverse.
(at around 1h 9 mins) When Steven is vomiting up the Kane worm, you can see the cables that operate it going down the side of his face and over his shoulder.
(at around 15 mins) During the shopping mall scene, where Carol Anne is running to find her mom and brother, you can see where there is plexiglass or glass between Kane and Carol Anne twice.
Even though the story is supposed to take place a year after the events of the first film, the children are noticeably older since the movie is actually four years older than the first film.
(at around 58 mins) Tangina hands Diane a photograph of the religious sect led by Henry Kane. The sect vanished in the early 1800s, long before the camera was invented.
(at around 1h 10 mins) When Steven vomits the slug, it rolls under the bed causing it to shake; when the shot of the bed from above is seen you can clearly see that a man is underneath pushing it up and down.
(at around 23 mins) Shadow of boom mic visible on the ground just after Diane remembers planting roses with her mother, during her line "Darling, you can be anything you wanna be" (Carol Anne is also in the scene, asking her to help her with her ballerina wings).
