Continuity

When the mouse first escapes the dungeon and pops out of the water, it cuts to two soldiers, one of whom is searching for his moneybag. However, the mouse doesn't steal his moneybag until the next scene
Phillipe's accent changes constantly between British English and American English.
During the fight between Marquet and Navarre in the cathedral, Marquet's horse's mane changes constantly from long to short, from thick to thin and at one point it is evident that the horse's mane is a fake.
At the end of the battle at Imperius' keep, Isabo changes to a hawk as she falls from the top of the keep. Etienne then shoots the last guards after changing from the wolf. But Etienne is fully dressed, and there was no time for him to do so.
Phillipe stands right beside Navarre when he gives him the cloth to wrap the hawk in. However, just afterwards when Navarre tells Phillipe to take the hawk, Phillipe is standing a good couple of metres away from him.

Factual errors

When Navarre and Isabeau awaken in the snow, as Navarre changes from a wolf back to a man his eyes are shown as having vertical slit pupils. Canines have round pupils, slit pupils are characteristic of felines.
The moon is shown full every night except the night of the struggle on the ice, where it is shown as half full, and then is full again the next night. This is more of a problem because solar eclipses always happen on a new moon (and there is an eclipse in the film). Also, the Moon is not visible as a black disc (as shown in the film) until the totality phase of a solar eclipse. Before and after totality, only the portion of the Moon that is occulting the Sun is visible. (The Sun's light is strong enough to drown out any view of the Moon when the Moon is near the Sun; moreover, since solar eclipses can only happen at new moon, there is no lit portion of the Moon to be seen anyway.)
The fateful eclipse is shown, beginning, with the moon on the left side of the sun. If a solar eclipse occurs in the middle of the day, at a northern latitude, the Moon appears to move from right to left across the sun.
The Bishop's guards are often seen drawing their crossbow strings by hand using minimal support. Crossbows of this era were so powerful that the string could not be drawn by hand unless properly supported using a foot stirrup or by the use of a windlass or a lever know as a "Goat's Leg". They simply would not be able to draw the string in the manner shown.
"Ladyhawk" in the movie is a red-tailed hawk. The red-tailed hawk is a North American species. There are no native red-tailed hawks in Europe.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

After Phillipe goes to the stable with Ladyhawke, Navarre is shown running in the forest while taking off his clothes before he changes into the wolf. His sword appears clearly in the shot but after they cut back to the stable Phillipe has the sword in the stable with him. It should have been with Navarre's clothes out in the forest.

Anachronisms

The nice, sharp haircut of Phillipe Gaston would have been virtually impossible without a modern electric razor.

Crew or equipment visible

You can hear someone say 'cut' just before Phillipe says, "It's not unlike escaping Mother's womb."
When Navarre is approaching the Castle where Imperius lives a hand appears on the right of the screen pushing his horse in the right direction
Bubbles from the divers can be seen as Phillipe escapes from the sewer.

Plot holes

Within a day of nearly being killed by a crossbow bolt to her chest, Isabeau is able to dance energetically with Philippe and ride Goliath (Navarre's horse) without wincing or showing any pain.

Character error

Isabeau refers to Etienne as Navarre, but that is where he originates. It would be like calling someone Miami instead of their name. She would refer to him as Etienne.
