During the final court day scene, Teddy Barnes' clothes change. This is because this scene was originally shot as two separate days, but were later edited into one final court day.
Sam comes into Teddy's house and asks, "Why are you sitting in the dark?" Teddy is then revealed to be sitting on the floor, almost directly beneath two burning light bulbs.
Teddy's clothes change several times while giving her opening statement to the jury.
After court, Glenn Close and Jeff Bridges are on top floor of a parking garage located by Fisherman's Wharf. This parking garage
is miles away from the Court buildings which are located in the Civic Center
area.
When Teddy returns to her place after the prosecution calls a witness not on their list, the folder is/isn't in her hand.
When Julie Jensen is testifying and Krasny and Barnes are arguing, the judge says "I'll see you both in my chambers!" and stands up and leaves the courtroom. The bailiff does not call "All Rise" and no one in the courtroom stands. This occurs several times during the trial.
Jack Forrester gives a letter to Teddy Barnes from Virginia Howell which later proves damaging to Howell's testimony against Jack Forrester. This letter was never disclosed to the prosecution in discovery. Additionally, it does not appear that Barnes nor Krasny ever interviewed or deposed each other's witnesses. If they had, Virginia Howell would have been discovered to be an easily discredited witness and the letter would have had to be disclosed to the prosecution as discovery.
In the final scene, the hunting knife does not have a "jagged edge."
When accosted in the car by Slade, Teddy blows the horn with her left hand, then pulls the door shut with her left hand without any interruption in the sound of the horn.
After Teddy accepts the case, she and Sam are discussing Forrester passing the Polygraph test and what to do after. Behind them, we see a member of the production crew walk by the window, then quickly backing up after realizing that the cameras are still rolling.
When the killer enters the room in the end of the movie (around 1:43:30), a clear shadow of a camera can be seen moving away on the right side.
