Goofs

If you look carefully in the title sequence, you can not only see the pale blue and red Blaster II mask associated with Nightstalker aka Hurricane (the blue Chevrolet with flames and red guns) in the shot where the MASK agents energize their masks, you also see Hondo MacLean wearing it when you go into the lens of Matt Trakker's Spectrum mask. Later Nightstalker aka Hurricane itself is doing a V split with Rhino to avoid running over Scott and T-Bob. But Nightstalker aka Hurricane is not introduced until the end of episode 29 and the Blaster II mask is not in any installment between episodes 1-30.

However, the title sequence is not part of the series' continuity. There's no rule whatsoever that says a title sequence should not contain images of things that have not yet been featured in the episodes.
