Early in the movie, when Trace has the Highway Warriors chasing him, he ambushes them, kills several and hides in a cylindrical abandoned building. While his enemy assaults the front, he escapes and returns to his vehicle and flamethrower. Torching several, he torches the last man, who is blonde when he ducks away from the flame. A second later, as his burning body comes flying out, he's wearing a protective hood, which can be seen quite clearly.
In two separate scenes a car goes over a cliff, and in both scenes the engine compartment is exposed showing the car has no engine.
