When Braden pulls out his blow-dart gun (and darts) from his case (when the couple is in the hot-tub) it is different than the one he uses to shoot them with.
The throwing stars Braden uses to kill the one-eyed informant with change from the time he throws them to the time they hit the guy. When the one-eyed informant first gets struck with the Star shuriken, in the next shot, you see Caifano stop walking and look back at what happened. Then when you see the one-eyed informant fall into the water fountain, you see Caifano walking again down the steps to his Limo, like he never look back in the first place. Then Caifano & his henchmen, plus other onlookers go over to the commotion. When Caifano's henchman picks up the body of the one eyed informant, his left eye is bulging out. But after he says "What the shit is this?" his eye is back to normal formation.
During the van chase, the Indian is seen driving the van. When Cho jumps of the roof, he can be seen in the passenger's seat. After Cho lands on the roof he is back in the driver's seat.
Before Cho and Braden jump down to the badminton court to begin their fight, Cho's uniform patch is on the right side of his chest. All other times, it is on the left side.
When Cho is using the claws to climb up the side of the building, in one scene as he sticks the claws in the concrete you see the wall move slightly. It's more than likely plaster or sheet rock used to simulate the rock of the side of the building.

The film's first scene is supposedly set in Tokyo, but the opening shot shows the famous Golden Pavilion Buddhist temple, which is located over 400 kilometers away in Kyoto.
