When Jamie Lee is visiting her mother in the hospital, she is wearing a sweater draped over her shoulders while her Mom, shot head on, is smelling the gardenias. In the next shot, as Jamie Lee is putting the gardenias aside she is seen without the sweater. And a few shots later, the boom mic is visible over her Mom's head.
When Amy Madigan is playing pool with Jamie Lee, she strikes a striped ball first rather than the cue ball on two different occasions which is not allowed by rule.
After Anna is pulled from the bathroom crying, and she's lying in bed while Oliver sits on the edge of the bed explaining how he feels about his marriage, the boom mic keeps poking in from above.
