PROBABLY THE WORST SPANISH MOVIE EVER!
sisoyel28 March 2004
I remember when I was a child and I watched this rubbish by the first time. Bad actings, bad dialogues, no plot at all, just a few bad jokes without a single funny thing...well, the only good thing about this is that keeping in mind I´ve watched it one single time and it was in my early childhood(I´m 27 years old now)this movie has to have something strange that has made me not forgetting it.Perhaps it was in that period of life in which everything around you is printed in mind in a special way. Perhaps I thought (innocently)that it could be the best comedy ever...who knows!.Anyway, it must be seen because I think you can learn about every movie, as bad and stinky as it is.The problem is that I still haven´t understood what in the hell I´ve learned from this one.

Calatrava Rules

Oh my god!!!!! It is incredible what Spanish cinema can do, i don't have any words to describe what I have just seen, Calatrava brothers made the best acting in all his career (maybe because this is their only one movie) and the ugly guy is real more scary as the alien from the famous Alien movie. I was ill at home when I turn on the TV and I started to see this thing, it was so bad an terrible that I had a laugh attack that lasted at least half an hour, I couldn't believe that anyone could have enough balls to make such a thing. The plot is inexistent, the acting is so terrible (but you have to laugh every time you see the ETE), the director made a perfect example of how NOT to make a film, but the movie is so bad that you must see once in your life to believe that this is true.

A lisergic parody of E.T.
forahuman15 December 2003
Well, actually this is one of the worst movies in history, that´s why i love it.The movie is laughable because the jokes are so bad.

The sense of timing is lost and "El ETE y el OTO" can be seen like an unexpected piece of experimental cinema. The movie was shot in five days with the purpose of screen it the same day of E.T.´s opening. Calatrava bros. and Manuel Esteba, thank you very much.
