Sex & Nudity

- Although the theme of the film is about prostitution, and it contains plenty of sexual dialogues, innuendos, allusions and some sex scenes; there is very little actual nudity.
- There is a scene of a sweaty man thrusting on top of a woman, for several seconds. She shows partial breast, then she gets out of bed showing her bare buttocks.
- There are a couple of scenes where sexual violence is strongly suggested but not actually shown.
Violence & Gore

- A man treats a woman in a very abusive threatening manner. He grabs and pushes her around and ties her up with wire. He then makes a weapon, (pimp stick) out of a wire hanger and implicitly beats and sexually assaults her with it. This is not shown; but the woman is seen later, very badly beaten and bruised around her face and on other parts of her body. The woman dies from her horrific injuries.
- The main villain is very psychotic and treats nearly everyone he meets, in a rough and threatening manner:
- He grabs a woman violently around the neck and hits her on the head with a stool seat and threatens to kill her.
- He kicks a man the face, resulting in a broken nose.
- He wraps his legs around another man's neck, to strangulate him.
- He threatens a man with long switchblade and rubs it over his bare nipple, in a threat to cut it off.
- He threatens another man with the switchblade and places it on his crotch. It is implied that he has castrated him.
- He pushes a man over a wall, that drops down a flight of stairs, killing him.
- He grabs a woman through the window of his car and then later dumps her out onto garbage. She is seen bloody and bruised and can only crawl.
- He runs over another woman, with the pick-up truck he has stolen.
- He kidnaps a woman in his vehicle and takes her to his apartment studio. He is very rough and violent with her and bashes her face against walls and other objects.
- He straps the woman up on a mattress and rips off her outer clothing with a blade and runs it over her body, in an attempt to imitate and frighten her. He then starts to beat her with a pimp stick. We only hear her screams.
- Some other incidental scenes of threatening behaviour, by various characters.
Profanity

- Frequent strong language, including the use of "fuck", "shit" and "bitch". The slurs "nigger" and "faggot" are used once.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Minor alcohol consumption. Occasional cigarette smoking, references to drugs, including one character who is a junkie and Sherman's character talking about another teen who o.d.'d.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- This film has a strong undercurrent of violence and anti-social behaviour depicted from it's main antagonists and protagonists. The violence is not graphic (with the exception of the aftermath of a torture/beating scene); but it is strong and abusive in tone.
- There are several intense sequences, involving the main villain and may be disturbing to some.

Violence & Gore
- A man jumps out of an apartment window, to escape the cops. There are some infrequent shootouts. Later, the man is pinned against a wall with a car and shot in the head, some blood is shown on his face.
