When Cinzia de Ponti's character gets stabbed in her breast, it was on the right side of her nipple. But later in the morgue, it is shown that the stab wound was on the left side of the nipple.
When Rosie scratches the red VW Beetle and talks to the driver, he's wearing a blue shirt and jacket. A moment later when an overhead shot shows the VW driving on to the ferry, the driver is wearing bright red.
When the prostitute gives the phone to the main character, her breasts are covered by blanket. In the very next shot where she is giving him the phone, her breasts are visible.
When Jane is tied to the bed by Mikis, she's wearing her bra. Later she's naked and still tied to the bed in the same position. There would be no way to remove her bra with her hands tied (unless it was cut off).
When Fay goes upstairs, she reaches in to turn on the light in the dark room, and clearly flicks the switch downwards. In the United States, however, where this is set, one has to turn the switch up to get the light to go on. The error exists here because this inside scene was filmed within the studios in Italy, where, like most of the rest of the world, the switches are turned downwards to make them go.
