The Slayer (1982)

Goofs

The Slayer

Edit

Continuity

Obvious discontinuity between 2 continuous shots when Marsh is on the door (when he comes to warn them). His position changes.
When draft moves the door while Kay is alone on the first floor while others are exploring the house, the door is shown opening, even though it was left open not so long ago.
When Brooke shakes Kay when she comes screaming out of the house because David is missing, her hair is changed in the very next shot, where she succeeded in calming her.
When Kay tells her David she painted the theater, shot we get of it is clearly taken at the other part of the day and doesn't match with the one shown not a minute ago.
When Brooke leaves with diner, Eric had a cigarette in his mouth in the shot before, now he doesn't.

Revealing mistakes

Paddle is not bloody in the shot after killing the fisherman.
