Wonderful Comedy

Help Wanted: Male is an adorable comedy. Anyone who likes Suzanne Pleshette or Gil Gerard will love it. It's funny, light-hearted, and clever. It's actually an old-fashioned kind of "battle of the sexes" comedy. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes those kinds of films. It's too bad that it's so hard to find! I had to buy my copy on EBay (or was it Half-Bay?) after looking for it for years and years (and paid quite a bit for it).

It's too bad Suzanne Pleshette and Gil Gerard didn't make more movies. In this film, they sizzled together.

Anyway, it was worth the wait and the price. I've watched it several times. I think it's clever, uplifting, and fun.

Loved it and so do a lot of women. Wish I could see it again or purchase it.

I loved this film. Suzanne Pleshette was so cool in this fun movie. I know it is a chick flick but us chicks need fun like this every once in awhile. I have always liked Suzanne Pleshette as an actress, but this film made me love her as an actress even more. (If I find a movie that Suzanne Pleshette is in, I make it a point to watch it.

I made a promise with several women that when this movie is on TV that we will call each other to view it. I have tried to purchase the movie even but I am told it is out of circulation. If anyone can help me get this on TV again or made available for purchase, I would be most appreciative.

The plot is weird but it's quite funny

What a situation, marrying a stranger just to have a baby. And that's what this movie is about.......... and yes it is a comedy

Gil Gerard is quite good at comedy. He and Suzanne Pleshette are a great duo and Bert Convy is a joy to watch as he and Gil battle it out to see who gets the girl. I recommend this movie, the plot is weird but it goes along at a nice pace and is quite funny. : )
