In the last shot showing the actual characters, before switching to the stage play, Clifford swings an axe at Sidney. Even though the scene cuts midway through the swing, if you follow the motion of the axe, Clifford completely misses Sidney.
When Clifford is attacking Sidney in the bedroom with the fake log, the screams from Myra don't always match the movements of her mouth.
Several times in the film during a thunderstorm, there are bright flashes of lightning with no following thunder.
Bulge revealing microphone battery packs is visible in character's low back in various scenes.
When Sidney has the Deathtrap script and threatens to throw it into the fireplace, the fire isn't lit.
