Contrary to what is depicted in the film, Hitler was not named chancellor of Germany after the Nazis won a majority in the Reichstag. He was appointed chancellor in January 1933 without proper parliamentary confirmation, and the Nazi Party did not win an absolute majority of votes in the next election (March 1933).
As Hoefgen leaves the Deux Magots café in Paris after meeting with his first wife, decals for contemporary credit cards - Visa, among them - can be seen on the window of the door.
In the movie's final scene, the modern track is visible in Berlin's Olympic Stadium.
As Hoefgen crosses a street, a car passes in front of him. The crew is reflected in the car's window.
At 53:30 (Barbara breaks to Hendrik that the Nazis have won the elections) a crew member's hand unwinding cable while the camera moves backwards is briefly visible in the lower right hand corner.
