Zantoro loses his hat in several scenes but can be seen wearing it later on.
The priest zombie can be seen later at the end of the movie, at the Hope Center. You can tell it is him by his hair and face.
(at around 9 mins) In the beginning scenes of the film, Professor Barrett records himself saying, "Operation Sweet Death must be considered a complete failure. Some kind of degeneration process has occurred which may be catastrophic for everyone. And may god forgive us for what we have produced here and pardon us for this evil we have created." (at around 1h 29 mins) Towards the end of the film, one of the commandos plays Barrett's recording, and the words and tone of voice have changed to the point where it doesn't even follow the same lines as before. The recording repeats the speech as, "Operation Sweet Death must be considered a complete failure. Some kind of degenerate process has begun which could be catastrophic for everyone. May god forgive us for what we have produced and pardon us for this evil we've created." It sounds generally the same but his tone of voice changes from serious at the beginning, to casual-sounding on the recorder's playback. He also uses contractions in the playback speech that weren't used when he recorded it in the first place.
(at around 54 mins) When Lia lights up a cigarette, it is clearly during the day, in the next shot, it is night time.
(at around 1h 12 mins) In the abandoned house, zombies that are seen entering through the window upstairs are also seen entering from downstairs.
Some of the animals featured in the stock footage aren't indigenous to New Guinea.
At approx 8 minutes in, the scientists are all wearing anti-radiation protective gear. Some of them are not wearing gloves, and their suits are not sealed, rendering them quite useless against radiation.
(at around 42 mins) During the Mask Ceremony scene, the masked celebrant (medicine man or shaman) takes off his mask and hands it to Lia. This is not possible in a mask ceremony. In a traditional African, Native American or South Asian mask ceremony, a holy man/shaman who takes off his mask during a ceremony is no longer considered the man he was before he put on the mask. It is not possible that any tribal shaman would take off his mask in the middle of a mask ceremony, let alone hand it to an obvious stranger.
It is impossible to reach into someone's mouth and push their eyes out from the inside.
The zombie first attacking the Woman in bar could not have held as much blood in his hand to splash that much on her head.
Dead man being eaten in laboratory at the beginning of the movie is clearly breathing.
Man's fingers are bitten off, but there is no blood.
Josie clearly spits blood by her own choice while hanging dead from the ceiling.
Zombie bites a man's leg, but he clearly bites animal meat which was put onto his leg.
When Lia enters the native village, she rarely appears with natives, clearly revealing that some shots were taken without her and probably even at a different place and with different people.
First zombie that is shot in the movie makes sounds, but his mouth is closed.
When London is asked how are the girls in New Guinea, he responds they are naked and wild, but his mouth doesn't open.
Even though soldiers know they need to shoot zombies in the head to kill them, they keep shooting the rest of their body for the whole movie.
