As the Bandit's Trans Am lands after it jumps over Buford's Bonneville, the car flexes, bends and parts begin to fall off. However, it drives away without any visual damage.

The interior shots of Bandit and Carrie in the Trans Am show that the t-tops are on the car, and exterior shots of the Trans Am show that the t-tops are off.

In the drawbridge scene, when Snowman gets out of his rig, there is no car ahead of him. In the next shot, Bandit is in front of him and there is no trailer. In the next shot, the trailer is attached. In the next shot, Bandit is behind the trailer. In the next shot, he is in front of the tractor. In the next shot, he is behind the trailer but in front of another rig, which was not shown in any previous shot. Some shots later, the bridge is down and going up, when before it was up.

Throughout the movie, Sheriff Justice drives a 1980 Pontiac Bonneville. When Mean Joe Green turns it over, when his car goes into the river in the drawbridge scene, and when the Bandit jumps over it in the Miami warehouse parking lot, the car is a 1976 Bonneville.

At the drawbridge scene where Joe Klecko bands the badge worn by Jackie Gleason, one can easily see which two points of the star were bent. In the very next scene where Gleason replies "Much obliged," the badge is undamaged.

There is no desert between Miami and Dallas.

No animal would be kept inside a crate for 3-4 weeks while it goes through "quarantine".

The sheriff's car gets caught on the lift bridge, falls in to the river and in moments is back on the chase.

When patient is in the ambulance, the patient has been loaded in feet first. Patients are loaded in headfirst in ambulances.

When the doctor is going from the ambulance to examine Charlotte, a whippoorwill can be heard. Whippoorwill's are nocturnal and call only at night.

When Buford's sheriff's car drops into the river from the bridge, it is clear that there is a mannequin placed in the driver's seat. The left arm is fixed along the driver side door, and never moves during the fall.

When Bandit tells Sheriff Justice he's out of bullets and drives off, jumping the car over the conveniently placed flatbed truck, it's glaringly obvious that there is a mannequin in the passenger seat where Sally Field's character is supposed to be.

When Joe Greene flips over Buford's police car, The "No Smoking On Field" sign, visible through the back window, is also upside down.

During the "world's biggest game of chicken" scene, after the car has hit the plow and split in two, you can clearly see an extra wheel keeping the car upright.

When the large pipe rolls off the truck it just sits where it fell. In the next scene it's clear to see that it as been buried so it wouldn't roll as the police car went through it.

Big Enos offers Cledus "A hundred thousand dollars...U.S." It should be a given that the offer would be in U.S. dollars.

After the the chase through roller coaster structure at around 62 minutes, as the coaster's skeleton collapses an apparent mechanical/electrical box beside it mysteriously ignites, setting part of the roller coaster afire..

When the Bandit takes the liquor bottle from the ceiling light cover, the ceiling and light appear to be bouncing or throbbing.

During the "World's Biggest Game of Chicken" one of the red police cars is crushed between 2 trucks. When it emerges it continues for a short while then falls on it's side. After it has fallen you can see a cable and pulley in front of it which obviously pulled it along

As the Bendit prepares to leave after setting up the diversion with Terry Bradshaw, you can see two crew members and a piece of equipment reflected in the driver side door. Look for a man wearing a blue wind breaker jacket and sunglasses to be reflected in the car.

As The Red Canadian Police Cars Start Down The Hill To Chase The Bandit, A Camera Crew Can Be Seen To The Left Of A Small Cross Road.

When Joe Greene flips over Buford's police car, a hardpoint and cable attached to the car are visible on the extreme left side of the screen.

During the wedding, mountains are visible in the background. There are no hills or mountains visible from Texarkana, Texas.

For some inexplicable reason Cletus is wearing a long sleeve shirt and quilted vest, Bandit is wearing a long sleeve shirt and leather jacket and Carrie is wearing fur lined boots, a winter jacket and knit cap while they're in Miami Florida.

Doc loses his wedding ring in Charlotte (elephant's) mouth. This is never mentioned again, nor is any effort made to reclaim it from Charlotte's next bowel movement.
