Attack of the Killer Tomatoes! (1978)

Goofs

Attack of the Killer Tomatoes!

Edit

Continuity

The amount of squashed tomato on the police car's windshield changes.

Factual errors

As Mason and Lois depart San Diego Stadium, the field upon which they stand is pristine. There are no signs of the mass tomato carnage which occurred so recently before.

Revealing mistakes

Obvious day-for-night shot with the tank.
Gretta gets crushed by the giant killer tomato when you see her corpse she doesn't look like she was crushed.
When Sam Smith, disguise expert, is eating around the campfire with a group of tomatoes, he mimes receiving food - no plate is actually handed to him. This makes sense, as the Killer Tomatoes have no arms or hands with which to hold anything.
When Finletter is being dragged behind Dixon's car, he can be heard screaming - however, his mouth is closed for most of the scene.
When Finletter is being dragged behind Dixon's car, there are occasional side shots in which you can see the platform on which he's being pulled.

Crew or equipment visible

During Dixon's intervention with Richardson, shadows of a crew member are briefly visible on the end table.
While Finletter chases a masked man that tried to kill Dixon through a park, the camera's shadow is visible on the ground and his parachute as it passes over the lens.

Errors in geography

In one scene, a trolley is seen going up a hill and the text at the bottom of the screen claims that it's New York, even though New York City doesn't have trolleys or hills like that. It's most likely San Francisco.
