When Omus is trying to kill Jason with the sonic device. Jason jumps on Omus and takes him down. It can be seen that Omus has kept his anti-sonic helmet on. Then Jason is seen taking the helmet, which now is lying a few feet from Omus.
In the opening lines of text with which the film begins, the word "it's" is misused: "Man has moved onto the moon, colonized it's surface and erected..."; It should be "its": "Man has moved onto the moon, colonized its surface...". Also the word "dependant" in the context it's used should be "dependent". It's used as a verb, not a noun.
Near the end when the base is collapsing around Omus, what appears to be a girder of some sort hits him on the head; judging by his reaction, it wasn't supposed to happen.
When they land on Delta 3 and meet Nikki, robots are attacking them, Jason (left of screen) takes a spear from one of Nikki's men. A few seconds later, Jason is seen taking the spear again.
