The man who gives Jody Scott the instructions for the pick-up tells her to go to a theater and then go out 15 minutes after the beginning of a film. When she goes out, it can be seen that the film (Enter the Dragon (1973)) is running almost at its final sequence.
John Marley, the actor portraying Mr. Mallory in this film (he was also the prized-racehorse's-head-in-his-bedroom guy in the earlier film The Godfather (1972)) was 71 when it was made. His character, Mr. Mallory, said that his wife and he were trying to have a baby in Seattle two years before. That would make him 69 years old at the time of wanting to become a father. Considering his health alone, this seems very unlikely.
When Frank Davis and Jody Scott are sitting on the couch talking after the baby shower, a boom mic is blatantly visible and sticking out from under the coffee table.
