This pilot ep of "Flying High" was okay fluff for a show that didn't last very long

After being on my YouTube Favorited list for years, I finally decided to rewatch this: the pilot movie for the short-lived series called "Flying High". Producer Mark Carliner might have been inspired by Aaron Spelling's success with "Charlie's Angels" and "The Love Boat" since this series shares premises from both shows ("Angels" beautiful women leads of three going on adventures and "LB"s having the crew dealing with passengers) but that didn't result with the same ratings high for CBS as those other two did for ABC. Anyway, the three stewardesses were Marcy (Pat Klous), Pam (Kathryn Witt), and Lisa (Connie Sellecca). Also appearing were Howard Platt as the pilot captain and Marcia Wallace as Connie, the teacher of those girls. The first guest star was Jim Hutton, Timothy Hutton's father. He was involved in dating all three under different names and characterizations. Hutton was quite funny in his role and those three lead women were okay as they were all previously models before this show. I remember watching a few more eps of this as a kid before it was cancelled after a few months, replaced by a much bigger hit called "Dallas". One ep had Bernie Kopell dating the Pat Klous character, years before Ms. Klous eventually joined him on "The Love Boat", replacing Lauren Tewes who had an off-screen drug problem by that time. Ms. Sellecca was the only other cast member to do better things as she'd later co-star in both "The Greatest American Hero" and "Hotel" produced by Spelling himself. She's now married to musician/TV-radio host John Tesh. After this show's end, she briefly dated co-star Howard Platt, probably because of that flirting scene in this, ahem, show pilot. That leaves Ms. Witt who didn't seem to have done much after this show. I certainly hope she's satisfied with whatever she's doing now... Anyway, this first ep of "Flying High" was harmless fluff and nothing more. By the way, Rita Wilson is credited as someone called Debbie but I didn't recognize her...
