The Squeeze (1977)

Goofs

The Squeeze

Edit

Continuity

Green Mini seen parked in the robbery zone mysteriously vanishes after the motorcycle cop is shot before the robbers getaway with their loot.

Revealing mistakes

The Morris Minor which the security van crashes into has different front & rear number-plate readings.

Miscellaneous

During the shots of the gang arming up for the heist, a hand is shown removing short 12 ga. BLANK shotgun shells from a box.

Character error

While there's no denying that little Alison Portes did very well in her early scene where she asked the thugs "Are you kidnappers?" her acting went downhill from there. By 19:05 minutes in, as hostage looking through the car's rear window, she is laughing. She remained hopelessly unconvincing as an abducted girl, clearly not taking the filming seriously. Which helps explain why she has only one other acting credit for two episodes of a TV series afterwards.
