During her attack in the basement, grandma has her left eye taken out, but in the later scene at 59:06 her right eye is out.
During the climactic ghoul confrontation, Len lands an ax blow to the head of one of the ghouls. You can see though that the fake head is already broken open before the ax even connects.
Len's hairstyle and clothing do not match the film's 1930s setting.
When the main characters flee from the Nordon house by car, dawn, dusk, and day change wildly during their brief ride.
