Riding with Death

Continuity

Casey uses a blowtorch to cut his way through a metal wall to get to his girlfriend. Once he's cut a huge circle out of the wall he pushes the metal plate into the room out of the wall, and the girl appears. She puts her hand on the rim of the newly cut hole - that metal has just been cut with a blowtorch - you'd think it might be a bit hot to just grab hold of...
When Casey finally brings his runaway truck to a halt, he's parked directly in front of a small building. However, a close-up shot through the truck's window shows only arid hills behind him, no building in sight.

Factual errors

A villain cuts the brake line of the "Central Moving" truck that Sam Casey is driving. The truck, however has air brakes - which are engaged only when the brake system is charged - cutting the brake line on air brake would cause all brake shoes to engage and stop the truck dead.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Sam states that the Tripolidine will explode and 'level an entire town.' When it finally explodes, it barely blows up the back of the truck. However, there is no reason why Sam would know exactly how explosive the bottle of Tripolidine was, as he had never seen it explode himself and was merely repeating what he'd been told.

Crew or equipment visible

Visible wire holding up the newly-invisible Sam Casey's breastplate as he first wakes up in the hospital.

Plot holes

The watch he wears controls his ability to be visible or invisible because of his bodies exposure to radiation, this doesn't explain why his clothes can also become invisible when he uses the watch. He wears several different outfits since his exposure.
