Trelkovsky orders a Martini when at the cafe with Stella. A dark colored drink in a tall glass is served to him, which is commonly considered an error in continuity. In fact, Trelkovsky ordered a vermouth by brand name versus a cocktail (ordered a Martini and Rossi, which he shortened to 'Martini')).
When Trelkovsky is unpacking as he moves into the apartment, a crew member is reflected in the small mirror adjacent to the kitchen sink. Two crew members are then reflected in the armoire's mirror as Trelkovsky opens it.
