Connie Foster, Jodie's older sister, wears a bracelet on her left wrist when she is undressing for the sex scene with Mario; at the bed, it is not seen on Jodie's arm. Beside that, at the bed Jodie has a blemish on her right arm, which her sister does not have. At the bed, you can get a glance at Connie's face: her nose is different and her wig is poorly positioned, making it obvious.

When Frank Hallet shows Rynn the hairpin and fingernail he has found in the cellar, he holds them in the palm of his left hand, with no rings on his fingers. In the very next shot a wedding ring is visible on the ring finger of his left hand as removes his cape.

On the Blue-ray version, at 17:45, underneath the sign that reads "Registry Office 428" on the left side of the door of the building that Rynn leaves, the faint words "EAU" & "EMENT" can be seen near the number 8. Since this movie was filmed in Knowlton, Quebec, the words could possibly be "Bureau d'Enregistrement", the French word for Registry Office, which were temporarily covered with the English words "Registry Office" since the movie is supposed to take place in Maine.
At the hospital, Mario is not getting any oxygen - there are no bubbles in the humidification chamber attached to the tank, and the tank pressure and flow gauges appear to be at zero. (And if this was in the U.S. the tank would be all green, not white over green to indicate it was medical oxygen.)
When Cora enters the house while Rynn is studying Hebrew, she begins speaking to Rynn, but Rynn is further off to the right, as Cora is looking towards a different direction.

Although Rynn and her father are from England, she does not speak with an English accent.
Despite the fact that when Rynn first meets the policeman they have a discussion about the proper pronunciation of his last name being "Miglioriti", several times later in the film Mrs. Hallet, her son, and even Rynn herself all refer to him as officer "Migliori"
