Goofs

Gone with the West

Edit

Continuity

Jud leaves gaol with just trousers and shirt. In his next scene he is wearing a vest and hat as well.
When Little Moon kills the hare/ rabbit with the sling, the shots of the hare/ rabbit show it to be in a completely different environment - more grass, less rocks.

Environment (or terrain) is not a constant. "Over there" and "over here" can be distinctly different, and, in this case, not very different.
In the early scene in the bar, where all the men and women come charging out of the hall and down the stairs, the railing above the stairs falls over. In the next shot it is standing again. A couple of shots later it is down again.

That railing was up and down so often, it may have been on hinges. Until Jeb and Moon start catapulting boulders on the saloon, then it stayed up.
Kid Dandy intimidates Artie by holding a burning match in front of his face. The match burns about halfway down, but when Kid Dandy starts moving the match down Artie's chest, only the head has burned.

Revealing mistakes

When Kid Dandy is demonstrating his gun prowess to Artie and the others, he is standing on the stairs and his last shot is fired high across the room. However it smashes the bottle held by a man down at floor level.

Anachronisms

When Mimmo assaults Billlie and strips her, she is wearing modern underpants.
Probably impossible to resist doing, but ~00:39:00, Jebediah's Tarzan Yell originated with Johnny Weissmuller in 1932.
Kelsey proceeds to shoot the cameraman, even though the film takes place in 19th century, while color cinematography would be introduced almost half century later.

Doesn't have to be color cinematography if it can later be colorized.
