There is an ice pick crime wave in the city and a man in search of recognition is witness of one of those crimes and decides to go to the police and confess a false accusation towards himself. But the force and other detectives hesitate before closing the case because they don't believe him and are afraid that the crimes continue with the false accused behind bars. Well, I guess that kind of topic has already been told before: I mean the false self accused in search of recognition, and also the scheme of arresting a false man and watching out if the crime wave with the same MO proceed. Not bad.

I saw this when it premiered on tv. This is the 2nd pilot movie for a proposed series. Too bad it didn't pan out. I like this one over the first movie. One is the storyline and the second is the cast. It contains some of my favorite actors. They blend well to-gether. If this did go to series I would like this cast. The storyline is very good. I keeps you guessing. Well worth watching.
