Goofs

Mabel and Nicky's positions change between shots when he asks her how the hospital was.

At the end of the film after they put the children to bed. Nick follows Mabel down the stairs but in the next shot Nick comes out of the stairway first.

On the ride home from the beach, the can jumps from Angelo's hand to Nicky's.

In the scene where Nick first decides to have Mabel committed, he's got a towel on his shoulder and a bottle of gin in his hand. The next cut contains the towel, but no bottle of gin. The following shot the gin returns.

When Mabel comes home from the hospital it's raining and as she walks from the car to the house, she gets her hair and clothes all wet, but when she come through the door, she's completely dry.

In the end credits, "filmmakers" is misspelled as "filmakers".

When Nick and the kids are sitting in the back of the truck on their way back from the beach, A radio microphone is visibly taped to Tony's shoe. You can also follow the cables coming off the mic which are visible too.

When Mabel returns from the hospital, the family is in the living room watching Nicky and Mabel's father argue about dinner. Mabel sits on the chair with her father and kisses him. The camera tilts down and tape is visible on the floor. This is marking tape used to denote where to reposition the chair for retakes as the chair was moved earlier in the scene by Dr. Zepp.

In the scene at the end of the film when Nick and Mabel are putting the children to bed, the boom mic is visible on the left side of the screen poking out from behind the door frame just after Nick exits the room and Mabel is about to turn off the light.
