After Caribe is attacked by the piranha and his head slowly disappears under the surface, the prop head is not only still visible underneath the water, but it bobs up again just before the dissolve to the sunset.

When Art meets Caribe in the bar and invites him to sit with Jim and Terry. All of Caribe's lines are delivered with him in front of a black backdrop, as if he said them separate from the cast on a soundstage.
Even though there is clearly padding all throughout the movie, one of the most overlong segments is the motorcycle race, clocking in at almost 8 minutes (7:51). This segments serves absolutely no purpose.
