Moon of the Wolf (1972)

Goofs

Moon of the Wolf

Edit

Continuity

During the opening credits, as the camera follows two characters trudging through the woods tracking an animal with their dogs, there are two pan shots one after the other that are photographed from the same vantage point (one can see the same felled tree in the foreground in both shots); both shots are merely two different takes of the same action.
At 1:11 when Louise is shooting the werewolf, the first blood stain appears on his left hip area. After two more gunshots, the werewolf falls, and all three bloodstains appear centered in his chest area.

Revealing mistakes

In killing the werewolf in the end, when firing the third shot, the cylinder of the revolver doesn't turn.

Miscellaneous

This movie was made in 1972, but the opening credits show the date as MCMLXII (1962)
The dead girl in the opening scene can be seen breathing the entire time.
