JUST INTOLERABLE
J. Steed4 April 1999
This intolerable comedy, so stupid that it drives the viewer mad, is for the simplest of mind only. Moreover, it is clearly prompted by the Don Camillo films (starring Fernandel) and that is nothing less than an insult.

It wastes great and genteel comic Theo Lingen who was never given a proper job in film in the 70's, and brings together 3 of worst (comic?) German actors: Thomalla, Reincke and Weck; can someone, occupying himself with German cinema, be more out of luck?

And then to think that this "Hochwürden film" number 2!
