During the fight scene between the 2 monsters, one uses a metal rod as a weapon, hitting the other. The rod can be seen bending much too easily, proving it's perhaps rubber.
The head of a crew member can be seen in the mirror behind Dr Frankenstein and colleague whilst they try to bring the monster to life.
The posters stating "Only the monster she made could satisfy her strange desires" mistakenly shows Lady Frankenstein's hair as blonde. In the film, Actress Rosalba Neri's hair is brunette.
