When Harry and Arch are returning from town, they turn off a road revealing modern tire tracks on the road before them made by the camera vehicle.
When Harry and Arch bury Dan, Arch reads scripture he has scrawled on a piece of paper. "... the Kingdom of the Father is spread out upon the earth, and men do not see it." The quoted scripture is from the Gospel According to Thomas, which wasn't discovered until 1945.
