As the plane flies over the first airfield in the film, the town's name of Bridgeville is clearly painted on the airport's hangar. The skydivers pack up, leave town, drive for what seems half a day or so to the next town, and arrive, again, in Bridgeville.
During the parachute jump that opens the film, the Gypsy Moths jump from the exact same plane flown by the same pilot they meet and hire - supposedly for the first time - in another town several days later.
At the end of the film, Scott Wilson waits alone at a train station. As the train pulls in, he approaches like he is going to board the train, but it is a freight train, not a passenger train.
When Gene Hackman falls from the plane with his suit on, he is speaking into a handheld microphone as he falls. When the film switches to the stuntman performing the feat, the stuntman's arms are stretched out with no microphone in sight.
When Mike (Lancaster) and Elizabeth (Kerr) are driving to the ladies meeting, the dome light is on inside the car.
