Throughout the movie, Blue (played by Lee Majors) owns and drives a wagon. After the cattle drive is over, he drives his wagon away with his friend Dutchy riding with him. Will Penny (Charlton Heston) and Blue use the wagon to haul Dutchy to the doctor after he is wounded. In the final fight scene, Will and Blue use the wagon to attack the raw-hiders in the line shack allowing Will to jump onto the roof to pour the sulfur down the chimney.
Yet in the concluding scene, Will, Blue and Dutchy ride off on horseback leaving the wagon behind with horses still attached to it.

When Will reaches the line shack there are only the two horses from Katherine's team in the corral. After he is bushwhacked and has everything stolen and gets back to the line shack there are four horses in the corral during his recovery.
Will Penny dumps sulfur down the chimney to force the preacher's family out of the cabin. It is only 90 seconds from when Catherine and HG bursts out the door to escape the fumes to when they reenter the cabin. Yet when Will reenters the cabin to talk to them after another minute, it is completely clear. And had there still been sulfur dioxide in the air when Catherine and HG reentered after 90 seconds, they would have choked. When sulfur dioxide is breathed into lungs, it mixes with water and becomes sulfuric acid, which is deadly. It probably would not have been safe to reenter the cabin for hours.
When Will Penny is attacked and knifed by the Quint family he is left for dead with no clothing whatsoever other than his long underwear and his hat. A short time later after recovering in Catherine's bed in the line shack he is shown fully clothed, chopping wood with his arm in a sling. Only much later when he prepares to take a bath, while also still wearing his previous wardrobe, he asks Catherine, What do I wear? She tells him he can wear her husband's clothes. How could he possibly have his previous wardrobe when after the attack he was left with only his underwear and hat?
It is however very possible that there was a change of clothes left by the previous occupant of the cabin, so this cannot be considered a goof.

During the fight between Will Penny and the Quint family, one of the brothers throws a knife into Penny's chest. A wire attached to the knife a very obvious.
When "preacher" Quint is shot in front of the line shack the rope attached to him to pull him backwards is very obvious and very noticeable.
