Duel at Diablo (1966)

Goofs

Duel at Diablo

Edit

Continuity

When Toller makes his comment about not wanting to get his outfit dirty, his left hand jumps from his lapel to his belt buckle between shots.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

As Willard hands his wife a gun, he says there are two cartridges in gun. However, it can be seen that all six chambers are loaded.

Bullet noses can be seen in the chambers on the left side of the cylinder but a minute or so later, the right side is on camera and shows 3 empty chambers.

Revealing mistakes

As Jess Remsberg and others descend a rock wall via ropes under a full moon, the men each cast two shadows.

Anachronisms

The men have belt loops on their trousers but belt loops were not invented until 1922.

Crew or equipment visible

When Remsberg rides ahead of the cavalry to draw the Apaches' fire, there is one shot in which the shadows of two crew members are visible in the lower left corner.

Character error

Toller misses his gun holster after twirling his gun and quickly resets it.
