The Beach Girls and the Monster (1965)

Goofs

The Beach Girls and the Monster

Edit

Continuity

Not only is the MG not the car that goes off the cliff (some 40's jalopy?) but the burning wreckage is yet another car, with the footage taken from some other movie.
When Otto escapes the police, he is driving Jane's M.G., but when he drives off the cliff it is a different model.
When Richard explores the drainage pipe, he has no flashlight as he enters. While he is in there he does have one in his hand and when he exits the pipe, the flashlight vanishes from his hand.
From the outside, the drainage pipe is small, with rounded metallic walls, but when Richard is inside it, it is much larger and the walls are concrete and squared.
When Otto/the monster kills Bunny, he heads back into the tunnel. However, the footprints he leaves behind point in the direction of the ocean.

Factual errors

At time 1:02, Sheriff Michaels ends a radio broadcast to all units with 10-4. 10-4 is code for message received, not end of transmission which should have been 10-39; Message or item delivered. Or, Sheriff Michaels could have used; Over and out, as the end of transmission notification.

Revealing mistakes

Bunny is still breathing after Otto/the monster kills her.
When the monster kills bunny, she is down on the sand with her legs bent. A girl will see Bunny dead and her legs are pointing straight and not bent. The next shot shows them bent again.
