In the shot after Jake pours out his drink on Conway, the film is being run backwards for some reason, as the smoke from the cigarette clearly indicates.
After Jake returns from his trip with presents for the children, he and Jo are sitting on a couch and she moves closer to him. A shadow of a crew member's head can be seen quickly moving on and off Jo's skirt.
When Jo rises from the couch while talking to her mother about her father's death, a shadow of the boom microphone moves across the wall above and behind her.
Anne Bancroft's British accent comes and goes throughout the film.
