When Paul Maxwell and Clare Owen pull up outside the seaside hotel she parks her sports car several feet in front of a Triumph Herald, which is parked flush with the sidewalk. A minute later when Anita West and Alan Tilvern pull up Clare Owen's sports car is now wedged between a dark saloon car and the same Triumph Herald which is now parked over a foot away from the sidewalk.
The MG Magnette which chases Paul Maxwell and Clare Owen along country lanes is forced to make a sudden stop when it encounters a sharp bend, but when the driver changes down a gear the dashboard is completely different to the one seen up until that point. Also, the driver of the MG is wearing a dark coat whereas the driver in this take is wearing a pale checked jacket.
The car arrives at the harbor and all passengers exit the vehicle and board the boat leaving the door open. A minute later the car is shown with its door closed.
The Coastguards are all shown with sidearms. British Coastguards are not armed.
Paul Maxwell is locked into a room in a hotel in Bayswater, but when the intruder comes in the night to murder him he is seen to open the door without the sound of the key being turned first.
When Bill Martin checks into a hotel a man comes up to him and asks if he's Bill Martin, introducing himself as David Endicott. Later at dinner he introduces Bill as Jack Martin.
