When Elvis gets off the Greyhound bus he picks up his luggage, putting his guitar strap on his shoulder, with the head of the guitar behind his arm. He then enters the Corral bar. When he arrives inside, the guitar strap has been reversed, so that the head of the guitar is now in front of his shoulder.
