Factual errors

British agent Dickens tells Jongman that he was a soldier in one of the army units that liberated the Auschwitz concentration camp. Auschwitz was located in Poland, hundreds of miles east of the places where the American/British and Russian forces met. Auschwitz was liberated by the Russians.
Lisa speaks of seeing an Israeli tank with a Star of David on its side after her escape from Auschwitz. The State of Israel was not created until after the end of WWII. There were no "Israeli tanks" in the European theater of operations.
The man imported SS daggers but took out of the box and showed the Inspector a SA dagger.

Anachronisms

When Lisa and the Inspector first get on the barge, as the barge starts in the water, the Inspector is moving ropes at one end and the dog is near him. When it cuts to a different view the dog is all the way at the other end of the boat.
When Inspector Tongman meets with Thorens, after he unsheathes the dagger, the cigarette in his mouth is about 1/3 ash. When he turns around to face the Inspector, and the camera angle changes, the ash is much smaller although the total length of the cigarette plus ash hasn't changed.
