The collision is shown on-screen and the girl appears to be struck full force in the face by the lorry's radiator. Yet there is no blood, and in fact she regains consciousness very quickly in the hospital. There could have been many ways to show the collision which would be compatible with the girl only receiving the internal injuries necessary for the plot, but driving into the face of the dummy was a poor choice.
At the Atomic Research Establishment, Inspector Harris is introduced by security chief Mr. James as Superintendent Harris.
