When Flo and Glad are throwing the circular rope over the net to each other at one point Glad throws it beyond Flo and out on to the deck; yet in the next scene Flo has the rope back in her hand. This appears to be an editing mistake from the previous scene where Glad throws it beyond Flo and Doctor Binn catches it from on deck and throws it back to Flo.
The doctor is examining a patient who has fainted. He watches her chest and says that she is breathing "in, out, in, out ...", but her chest movement shows she is doing the exact opposite.
When Flo leaves the Captains cabin after mistaking the captains intention Marjoribanks (pronounced "Marchbanks") enters almost immediately and claims that he has just explained her mistake to her however there was not enough time for him to say anything to her.
At the beginning of the film, a clear shadow of the boom microphone can be seen on the chef's hat as he first walks into the scene.
