In the book, Roger and Anita's last name was Dearly instead of Radcliffe. Presumably, Walt Disney changed it since they already had two similarly named couples: Jim Dear and Darling from Lady and the Tramp (1955), and George and Mary Darling from Peter Pan (1953). However, Dearly would later be used as their surnames in 101 Dalmatians (1996) and 101 Dalmatians: The Series (1997). See more »
When Sgt. Tibs first enters Hell Hall, we see the main hall. The stairway is to the left, it goes up to a landing, then turns right. When the Baduns chase Tibs and the puppies, the hall has been mirrored - the stairs are on the opposite side of the hallway, and they turn left. See more »

On the 1992 VHS release of the film, the 1990 Walt Disney Pictures logo takes the place of the Buena Vista title card, so, the Buena Vista title card is placed after the film's ending instead. The Buena Vista title card fades to these 2 bumpers, "Coming to Home Video" and "Coming on Videocassette this Summer" which these 2 bumpers have the text "Walt Disney" from the 1986 Walt Disney Home Video logo. 1O1 Dalmatians is a great movie with a really enjoyable and heartwarming storyline and some lovely colorful characters that always take me back to my childhood.I watched this movie many times when I was younger, and even seeing it today I still love all these characters, the music and also Rod Taylor's voice as Pongo. Its very short, not even an hour and a half long,so its a nice movie to watch if you don't feel very patient to watch anything that stretches out too much. The movie is a must see for anyone who loves classic Disney animated movies, and if you don't then there must be something wrong with you.
Cruella De Vil robs 99 dalmatian puppies to make them into fur coats, now its up to the puppies parents to save them with some help from some other friendly animals in their town.
