Plot Summary

Warners' "economy cartoon," repackaging footage from earlier Tweety and Sylvester chases with new footage. In this one, Sylvester tells a psychiatrist of his frustration at not being able to catch Tweety, his repeated failures illustrated through past cartoons featuring the canary and puddy tat. Apparently, Sylvester's sob story puts the doctor to sleep, and upon the doctor's waking up, realizes he's got to fly (literally, by flapping his arms) to Detroit. Sylvester jumps out the window to fly after the psychiatrist. Written by Brian Rathjen

Trivia For the flashback to "Too Hop to Handle", the setting was changed from a country house to a city apartment. The background is actually recycled from The Honey-Mousers (1956). See more »
Goofs After Sylvester knits his 'fur' back on, he exits the knitting box and walks away. Granny sees this, takes off her glasses, cleans them, laughs, and says, "Astigmatism." Astigmatism would not cause that kind of vision problem. It might cause some visual distortion or blurriness, but would not cause any color change, as is the case with Sylvester. See more »
