When the Sister is removing Kirk's bandages from his face, it is clear that she's down to the last layer, but when his face is next shown it is clear there are several layers again.
There is an extended sequence of policemen (not necessarily even "marksmen") shooting with rifles and hitting individuals on the island. The distance seems to be half a mile or more, and is highly impracticable. In addition for some time they are lying in position on bridge girders and elsewhere long before the order to prepare to shoot; this is hardly realistic.
When Aldo Ray gets shot with the machine gun, there are no bullet wounds on his body. He just grabs his stomach and falls.
