The man is supposed to board a helicopter that has its rotors going and has skirts around its wheels and a registration number 4, but when the man boards, it has no skirts and the registration letter H. It takes off with skirts and letter M. When he lands, the registration letter is D.

In a car, a man gives a gun to the driver. It's obviously a child's toy gun as it has a long barrel and a pearl handle. When it's used soon after, it's a totally different gun.
At the heliport, a man dashes in with a suitcase, gets a ticket and starts to walk away. A girl enters and anxiously looks around for him despite standing right next to him. He goes out to the pad but with a briefcase and instead of a suitcase and boards a helicopter with a letter K on it that has it's rotors turning, but the one that takes off has a letter M on it with the engine turned off.
Chuck hires a car in Belgium but for some reason it is right-hand drive.
