Don Murray and Diane Varsi in From Hell to Texas (1958)

Goofs

From Hell to Texas

Edit

Continuity

Indians took both saddle horses, but later Tod rides into Magdalena or Socorro, with Carmody's horse.
John Larch can be seen breathing as he's lying face up on the ground up after he dies.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Varsi has manicured, polished nails. A female would not wear men's clothing back then.

Women living in cities wouldn't wear men's clothing, but, in the context of living on the range, riding horses and being raised by a father who wanted a boy, wearing men's clothing was far more practical than wrangling in hoop skirts while riding side-saddle.

Miscellaneous

When handed an orange Tod did not know what it was but after Juanita peels it for him, he thanks her for showing how to peel an orange, how did he figure that was the action of peeling especially since she used a knife while here dad used his hands and fingers before he was given one, he wasn't even curious at that point.

Anachronisms

Although the story takes place in the Old West of the 19th Century, Diane Varsi sports an up-to-the-minute 1958 D.A. hairstyle.
